Nita Epoc lives in Orem, Utah with her husband of thirty-one years. They are the parents of two sons and six daughters and have seventeen grand-children. Prior to the birth of her children, Nita was a school teacher. She has also taught children in church settings for many years. Her writing reflects her love for children and is influenced by experiences with her family and students.

Nita started writing poetry and stories when she was in third grade. Her teacher, Mrs. Eaton, encouraged her and helped Nita's love of writing grow. In junior high school and high school, Nita was a member of the school newspaper staff and also wrote articles for the Spanish Fork Press.

Nita has written a novel and hundreds of poems. However, "No One is MORE Wonderful Than You Are" is the first work she has published. Mostly, she has written things for her family and friends to enjoy.
